Ingredients

Bagel Base

  • 6 Thomas’ Limited Edition Cranberry Bagels, or English Muffins, opened

Meat

  • 6 slices thinly sliced deli ham, or more as desired (alternatively bacon, sausage, turkey bacon, etc.)

Cheeses and Cream

  • ⅓ cup whipped chive cream cheese
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese

Egg Mixture

  • 4 large eggs, beaten with 3 tablespoons milk or heavy cream (can substitute egg whites if desired)

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter, for brushing tops

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Dish: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray the bottom of a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the bottom halves of the cranberry bagels in the dish close together, setting the tops aside.
  2. Spread Cream Cheese and Add Cheese Layers: Evenly spread the whipped chive cream cheese over each bagel bottom. Layer the provolone slices on top, then sprinkle shredded Colby Jack cheese evenly across the surface. Bake for about 5 minutes until cheese just begins to melt, then remove from oven.
  3. Add Ham and Egg Mixture: Evenly distribute thinly sliced deli ham over the melted cheese. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk or cream, then pour this mixture evenly over the bagels and ham, allowing it to soak in slightly.
  4. Top and Final Bake: Place the bagel tops back on and brush them with melted butter. Return the dish to the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are fully set and the tops are golden brown.
  5. Serve Warm: Slice and serve warm for a festive, hearty breakfast that’s perfect for holiday gatherings or busy mornings.
