  • Whipped vanilla frosting - about 1 cup

Elf Hat Brownie Bites

  • Store-bought or homemade brownie bites - quantity as desired
  • Whipped vanilla frosting - about 1 cup
  • Hershey’s Candy Cane Kisses - quantity as desired

Rudolph Brownie Bites

  • Store-bought or homemade brownie bites - quantity as desired
  • Whipped vanilla frosting - about 1 cup
  • Candy eyeballs - quantity as desired
  • Mini pretzel twists - quantity as desired
  • Red M&Ms candies - quantity as desired

Instructions

  1. Prepare Santa Hat Brownie Bites: Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly, then slice off the stems. Fit a resealable bag or piping bag with a decorating tip and fill it with whipped vanilla frosting. Squeeze a small amount of frosting onto the top of each brownie bite, then place a pointed strawberry on top. Finally, add a dollop of frosting on the tip of the strawberry to complete the Santa hat look.
  2. Prepare Elf Hat Brownie Bites: Fill a resealable bag or piping bag fitted with a decorating tip with whipped vanilla frosting. Pipe some frosting on top of each brownie bite. Place a Hershey’s Candy Cane Kiss on the frosting for the elf hat topper.
  3. Prepare Rudolph Brownie Bites: Arrange the brownie bites on a serving platter. Using a toothpick, apply a small dab of frosting to the backs of two candy eyeballs and stick them onto each brownie bite. Cut mini pretzel twists in half with a sharp knife and insert the halves into the top of the brownie just above the eyes to form antlers. Place a dab of frosting on the back of a red M&M and stick it on the brownie bite as Rudolph’s nose.

Notes

  • You can use store-bought brownie bites or make your own homemade brownies cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Use fresh strawberries that are pointed and firm for best results on the Santa hat bites.
  • Whipped vanilla frosting works well for piping and sticking decorations.
  • Assemble the brownie bites just before serving to keep the toppings fresh and the frosting from melting.
  • These treats are perfect for holiday parties and family gatherings, and kids love helping with the decorating.
