Ingredients

Frappuccino Base

  • 1 cup ice
  • ½ cup cold brew coffee
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 1 graham cracker
  • ¼ teaspoon xanthan gum

Whipped Cream & Toppings

  • ¼ cup marshmallow whipped cream (or regular whipped cream)
  • 2 tablespoons mocha sauce (or chocolate sauce)
  • Additional whipped cream and/or graham cracker crumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Blend the Base: In a high-speed blender, combine the ice, cold brew coffee, whole milk, toasted marshmallow syrup, graham cracker, and xanthan gum. Blend until smooth and creamy to create the frappuccino base.
  2. Prepare the Glass: Use a spoon to press the marshmallow whipped cream into the bottom of a tall glass, creating a creamy base layer. Then drizzle the mocha sauce (or chocolate sauce) over the whipped cream.
  3. Assemble the Drink: Pour the blended frappuccino mixture into the prepared glass on top of the whipped cream and mocha layers.
  4. Add Final Toppings: Top with additional whipped cream and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade s'mores frappuccino!

Notes

  • If you don’t have toasted marshmallow syrup, you can substitute with marshmallow fluff or a mix of marshmallow syrup and a tiny bit of vanilla extract.
  • Xanthan gum helps thicken the frappuccino and create a smooth texture; if unavailable, you can omit but the texture may be slightly less creamy.
  • For a vegan version, substitute whole milk and whipped cream with plant-based alternatives and ensure syrup and mocha sauce are vegan-friendly.
  • Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of toasted marshmallow syrup according to your taste.
  • Use fresh cold brew coffee for best flavor and a nicely balanced coffee kick.
